Triply Terms

Service scope

Triply is an information-only platform to connect drivers and riders. We do not process payments, provide insurance, or guarantee trips.

User responsibilities

You must provide accurate trip details, follow local laws, and use a valid driver’s license and compliant vehicle if you drive. Riders should verify identity, vehicle, and costs before boarding.

Prohibited conduct

No harassment, discrimination, fraud, spam, scraping, or misuse of contact info. We may restrict or remove accounts and content that violate these terms.

Content and communication

Email is the current contact method. You are responsible for what you share via email or trips. Keep proof of agreements and report issues promptly.

Liability

Trips are arranged directly between users. Triply is not a party to any agreement and is not liable for disputes, accidents, delays, or losses arising from trips.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.

Need help or see abuse?

Email us with the trip link, screenshots, and timestamps. We prioritize safety-related reports.
