To run Triply: show trips, match riders/drivers, send necessary notices, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell data. We may use trusted providers for hosting, email, and analytics with appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Trip and log data are kept as needed for operations and safety. You can request deletion of your account data where legally permitted.
Security
We use industry-standard controls, but no system is perfect. Keep your account email secure and report suspicious activity.
Your controls
- Request data export or deletion where applicable by emailing support.
- Update your trips or remove them anytime.
- Report abuse so we can review and act.
